In 2020, while recovering from a back injury, realized needed a career actually liked. Since I've always loved live music, jumped into live audio engineering and learned through college classes, union work, and IATSE training. Within 2 years of joining the union I worked as A1 at The Conrad Performing Arts Center, where I learned a ton on the CL5 and got to mix artists like Grammy winner Cecile McLorin Salvant and Jay Leno. Surprisingly, Mariachi shows ended up being some of my favorites-mostly because the crowd loves a ton of reverb.

I'm currently working on the bounce and have been spending time as an A1 for corporate gigs downtown, loading in/out touring Broadway shows; as well as working at the Escondido Center for the Performing Arts as A1 and monitor engineer.
