Founding member of Customer Success and Support teams at Looker, acquired in 2019 by Google Cloud for $2.6bn, I founded and grew the Customer Success and Support organizations from 0 to 140 globally, covering 2200 customers and $125m in ARR. I led the integration of CS into Google Cloud and then ran CS Technical Strategy for two years before wanted to go back to the startup world, meeting my Partner at Middleware in 2022.
