Zlatko Horvat is the co-founder and CTO of Leapwise, a boutique software development company building solutions in MNOs, MVNOs, Security Engineering and IoT domain, with 18 years of experience in different roles as backend software developer, software architect, technical product manager, mentor, and entrepreneur.
Aside from strong dedication to naming conventions and minimization of technical debt, he is a true believer in the human side of software development – building software starts by building great people and their skills.
When not working, he enjoys stargazing with his telescope, calisthenics, and travelling.
