How we architected a Microsoft IoT Solution, and why
Based on experiences working with Microsoft IoT live in the field for a couple of years we have created a solution that although the architecture might not follow the Microsoft blueprint does make heavy use of Microsoft Azure services and works well based on requirements such as stability, low maintenance needs, cost efficiency, data availability, agility and performance. I will walk you through the story of how we got started, some of the early mistakes we made, the stages through which we progressed and what the solution looks like today. Although this story will include discussions on overall development practices and maturity the focus will be technical and targeting the use of Microsoft Azure services.

Analyze and gain insights into your time series data
If you've got time series data - a sequence of events in time such as stock prices, meter readings, IoT device data, wind speeds, speedometer data, sales data, or virtually anything that represents time based events - you likely have some challenges: How do I design a data ingestion pipeline that meets my needs? How do I manage and store the data in a performant, open and accessible way? How do I query, analyze and gain insight into the meaning and importance of that data?
Azure Time Series Insights helps you with these three and in this session I will show you how it can be used, how you can get started, how to tie it together with other Azure services and how it can help you solve you time series data challenges.
