This allows her to assist the client with day to day operations, while planning for the long-term needs of the local educational agency and students. Aimee’s practice is focused on special education and student matters. She has worked with local educational agencies across the state for over a decade navigate difficult IEP and 504 team meetings, student discipline matters, CDE, OAH and OCR complaints. Her expertise also includes inter and intra-district student transfer issues, student records, mandatory reporting, bullying, immunizations, mask requirements, medication administration, as well as representing local educational agencies in due process, and a myriad of other student and special education related issues.
