Andre is Head of AI & Data Innovation at inovex, where he oversees the strategic direction, architecture, and implementation of the Microsoft Data Platform and Microsoft Fabric. As a proven machine learning expert, he has extensive experience bridging the gap between applied AI research and modern enterprise data architecture.

Having previously focused on developing intelligent data products in the fields of Industrial IoT and Predictive Maintenance, Andre now leads teams in building scalable, AI-driven data ecosystems. In his doctoral research, he conducted in-depth studies on the “human-in-the-loop” paradigm and the essential role of UI/UX in the machine learning lifecycle. He now brings this user-centered perspective to the design of modern Microsoft data environments.
