AI Adoption Is a People Problem: Turning Technology Friction into Organizational Clarity

Organizations are moving quickly to adopt AI, but introducing new technology does not automatically improve how work gets done. Without clarity around roles, workflows, decision-making, expectations, and accountability, AI can create more friction instead of less.

This interactive session explores AI adoption through a people and operations lens. Using the CLEAR Transformation Framework™, participants will learn how to identify whether friction is coming from people, process, communication, or systems; recognize where employees and managers need greater structure and support; and evaluate whether AI tools are actually improving workflows or simply adding another layer of complexity.

Participants will leave with a practical approach for identifying high-value AI use cases, addressing the people and process issues that can derail adoption, and creating a focused 30/60/90-day plan for moving from experimentation to effective implementation.
