THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF OFFICELESS WORK AND ITS SUCCESS FACTORS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
The present research describes and analyzes the contributions and success factors of an "Officelles company" or telework, where all employees work from their own 100% remote homes building digital products in a collaborative and agile way. Drawing on observations and interviews, the modes of communication and the nature of interpersonal relationships that allowed this organization to succeed are described, along with the challenges facing this organization in the future, seeking a competitive advantage. One of the main motivations for conducting the case study comes from the fact that few researches of this type were carried out at the regional level and directed to digital projects, in order to explore the theme. The term officeless only came to light, due to the pandemic of the new coronavirus, forcing technology companies to adapt to the new reality. The research intends to provide subsidies for a better use of contributions and the success factors interconnected to telework or business without an office. The investigation was conducted from a case study carried out in the company where the researcher acts as an Agile Coach conducting the work in a collaborative way, using collaboration tools, through the Case Study it was observed several contributions, values and success factors never seen in the company even when it was in the traditional format.
Systems Thinking for Product Managers, Understanding People, Agility and System
As simple as a product may seem at first glance, we don't notice the complexity that exists in it.
“The whole is greater than the sum of the parts” Gestalt
“Context matters” Christopher
vorlet
Every digital product is composed of more subsystems, either at the functionality level or even at the software level, in which libraries can be used to perform specific actions within that application and contribute to the functioning of the product as a whole.
The search for competitive advantage and business agility, developing digital products has become something very complex but with the help of
from systems thinking everything became more sensible and more fun :) managing products.
Everything is interconnected, departments, people, systems forming something cohesive and unique.
Problem solving becomes commonplace for product managers, as everything is interconnected, the vision of the products and the organization is amplified, generating more easily and anticipated value for customers and customers of customers, boosting business agility, including improving the company's image.
Systems thinking also improves the alignment of organizational and operational objectives, increasing awareness of working together and collaboratively, contributes to increasing end-to-end transparency, creating a more fluid flow of value.
With all this plus organizational agility, product managers benefit all the time, they can have the whole view, they can impact the user experience, improving it significantly and increasing results (jobs to be done).
