GraphQL federation on top of 1700+ swaggers

Large enterprises often benefit from numerous teams executing a wide array of operations, each with its own specifications. Bouygues Telecom in France is a prime example, boasting over 1,700 swagger endpoints (and counting). This diversity often leads to challenges such as path and schema conflicts. We will demonstrate to our audience how we overcame these obstacles by leveraging the guild's comprehensive toolkit to create a unified Knowledge Graph that serves our entire enterprise.

Agentic AI: Harness Conversational Agents to virtually reproduce a salesperson that converts

Bouygues Telecom, a leading French telcommunications company, offers phones, mobile plans, and fixed lines through its stores, website, and now with the assistance of an automated generative AI assistant.
This assistant guides prospects and customers all the way to the checkout, helping them find their ideal phone and mobile plan.
We employed a generative AI strategy, utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and meta-prompting to create this autonomous assistant.
In this session, we'll explore the steps we took to achieve this and share our blueprint to empower the audience to replicate our success.

Agentic AI: Harness GraphQL to Build an Unified Internal Knowledge Graph

Teams excel in their internal projects, but sharing these accomplishments and facilitating their discovery can be challenging.
In this session, we'll reveal how we developed a conversational assistant using Agentic AI that relies solely on GraphQL and a unified internal Knowledge Base, utilizing tools such as GraphQL Mesh.
