Next Level Collaboration with Microsoft Loop, Adaptive Cards, Power Automate & Microsoft Copilot en de
Microsoft Loop on one side, Power Automate and Adaptive Cards on the other, together with Microsoft Copilot, play the main roles in our journey towards the interaction of the main characters. Microsoft Loop has been developing at a breathtaking pace since its inception in 2021. From its beginnings in team chats, with Outlook, Word, OneNote, Whiteboard, Teams channels, Planner and Co., a large number of other M365 apps have become possible starting points for using various Loop Components (which are also developing at a high pace). Parallel to this, since the going live of the Loop app in late summer 2023, the next level of Loop has been available. On the one hand, 3rd party apps such as Trello, Jira or Figma can be integrated into Loop via the Loop app, and on the other hand, since the beginning of 2024, the first deployment options for Power Automate have been available in various Loop Components. At the latest with this, we have reached #NextLevelCollaboration. It gets really interesting when we pick up on the basic idea of the 'Atomic Units of Productivity' from Loop and follow the idea of working together across app and M365 boundaries. We use the possibility to create our own Loop Components for integration into Teams, Outlook and Co. with Adaptive Cards. Typical processes such as approval of travel expenses, adjustment of credit limits, comments and much more from other apps and tools can be dynamically mapped and, above all, integrated across app boundaries based on Adaptive Cards. We are supported by various Microsoft Copilots in both Loop and Power Automate and Co. Let's go on a journey through the Loopiverse and Adaptive Cards with the active support of Microsoft's Copilots. Microsoft Loop auf der einen Power Automate und Adaptive Cards auf der anderen Seite spielen gemeinsam mit Microsoft Copilot die Hauptrollen in unserer Reise auf dem Weg zum Zusammenspiel der Hauptdarsteller.
Microsoft Loop entwickelt sich seit seinen Anfängen im Jahr 2021 in einem atemberaubenden Tempo weiter. Aus den Anfängen in Teamschats sind mit Outlook, Word, OneNote, Whiteboard, Teamskanäle, Planner und Co. eine Vielzahl weiterer M365 Apps mögliche Ausgangspunkte für die Nutzung verschiedener Loop Components (die sich selbst auch in einem hohen Tempo weiterentwickeln). Parallel dazu ist seit dem Going Live der Loop App im Spätsommer 2023 die nächste Ebene von Loop verfügbar. Über die Loop App können auf der einen Seite 3rd Party-Apps wie Trello, Jira oder Figma in Loop eingebunden werden und auf der anderen Seite stehe seit Anfang 2024 die ersten Einsatzmöglichkeiten für Power Automate in verschiedenen Loop Components zur Verfügung. Spätestens damit haben wir das #NextLevelCollaboration erreicht.
Richtig interessant wird es wenn wir die Grundidee der "Atomic Units of Productivity" von Loop aufgreifen und dem Gedanken vom Zusammenarbeiten über App-und die M365-Grenzen hinweg folgen.
Wir nutzen die Möglichkeit mit Adaptive Cards eigene Loop Components für die Integration in Teams, Outlook und Co. zu kreieren. Typische Prozeße wie Freigabe von Reisekosten, Anpassung von Kreditlimits, Kommentierungen und vieles mehr aus anderen Apps und Tools können auf Basis von Adaptive Cards dynamisch und über App-Grenzen hinweg abgebildet und vor allem integriert werden.
Sowohl in Loop als auch in Power Automate und Co. lassen wir uns dabei von verschiedenen Microsoft Copiloten unterstützen.

Mit den von Microsoft sog. Collaborative Meeting Notes wurden die Microsoft Loop Komponenten prominent für alle M365 Nutzenden sichtbar. Meetings in Teams können mit den Besprechungsnotizen vor, während und nach dem Meeting agiler und transparenter gestaltet werden. Direkter Zugriff auf die Agenda, Notizen und Aufgaben zu einem Meeting mit Bearbeitungsmöglichkeit für alle Beteiligten, automatische Synchronisation zugewiesener Aufgaben mit ToDo und Planner sind dabei nur einige der Vorteile, die die Besprechungsnotizen mit sich bringen. Der direkte Zugriff aus Teams, Outlook oder die Integration in z.B. Whiteboard und OneNote sind weitere Vorteile der neuen Besprechungsnotizen.
In dieser Session werfen wir einen Blick auf die Funktionsweise der Besprechungsnotizen, betrachten worauf bei der Nutzung zu achten ist und schließen mit Tipps und Tricks zur Organisation der Besprechungsnotizen aus verschiedenen Meetings an einer zentralen Stelle ab.
Wir nutzen die Möglichkeit Elemente der Besprechungsnotizen mit Power Automate zu kombinieren, sehen, das auch innerhalb von Meeting-Aufzeichnungen direkt auf die Meetingnotizen zugegriffen werden kann und erweitern die Standard-Meeting Notes um weitere "Atomic Units of Productivity".

Task management in M365 can be a daily challenge or even a book with seven seals. When do I use ToDo, when Planner, OneNote, Loop or Lists, just to name the most obvious task management apps. How does it work with the tasks that I can create in the comments of Word, Excel or PowerPoint? Do they work together with one of the apps mentioned above? A bundle of questions that we will resolve.
We take you on a journey through various application scenarios that reflect typical challenges in daily work and weigh the different options for task management for each scenario. We also include PowerAutomate and the M365 Copilots in the considerations. Subsequently, the requirements are implemented in the various apps. With Microsoft's Collaborative Meeting Notes, the Microsoft Loop components become prominently visible to all M365 users. Meetings in teams can be made more agile and transparent with the new meeting notes before, during and after the meeting. Direct access to the agenda, notes and tasks for a meeting with editing options for all participants, automatic synchronization of assigned tasks with ToDo and Planner are just some of the benefits that the new meeting notes bring with them. Direct access from Teams, Outlook or e.g. Whiteboard are further advantages of the new meeting notes.
In this session, we'll take a look at the basic functionality of the new meeting notes and how it differs from the previous Loop components. Look at what to look for when using them, and finish with tips and tricks for organizing meeting notes from different meetings in one central location.
OneNote and Loop App are important key points here. As a treat, we also take a look at the new Loop desktop app and see if Microsoft Copilot could already be working in the background.
