I am almost awkwardly passionate about empowering business users to join their professional developer colleagues in designing software that's meaningful for their organizations through Microsoft's Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solution stack. I imagine a world where everyone in an organization, from Analyst to Executive, can have meaningful impact on how applications are built, deployed and designed by leveraging Microsoft's low code / no code solution paradigm.
I have over 20 years of experience in the U.S. Federal space, including several years of service as an active-duty U.S. Marine. My IT journey after the Corps has ranged from acting as a senior business capture specialist and project manager to a software development & delivery lead in agile organizations supporting the Federal government via some of the largest and most successful IT partner companies on the planet.
Today I'm a Power Platform solution architect and technical specialist within Microsoft that specializes in helping the U.S. government unlock the potential of every member of their organizations to do more.

Have you met your new Trainer? - AI as a learning tool in the Power Platform
In this session, Microsoft’s own Craig Harris will explore the innovative integration of artificial intelligence within Microsoft's Power Platform for enhanced learning experiences. In this session, attendees will delve into the capabilities of AI as it pertains to training and skill development within the Power Platform ecosystem.
Participants will gain insights into how AI-driven maker updates in the Power Platform can super charge adoption through training where your Copilot can just as easily serve as a teaching assistant to learn how elements in the Power Platform work together.
We’ll look at adoption strategies and component re-use to help your organizations get smarter on how these tools work with the goal of helping your teams focus on the meaningful work you’re passionate about. Customers, Marketing Co-Pilots, and the Future of Engagement
Join me for an insightful session delving into the cutting-edge realm of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Data & Journeys. In this presentation, we'll explore how organizations can unlock the full potential of their marketing strategies by leveraging these powerful tools.
We’ll look at a demonstration that shows how the AI data workflow can start from a natural language query, avoiding the need for trial-and-error SQL strings, and get right to targeting a specific customer base using their interests. Consolidate your data into a single pane of glass and generate meaningful marketing segments. Then, using Customer Insights Journeys, you can engage directly with your customers in a way that’s not only helpful to them, but helps drive follow-on engagements. Along the way, why not use AI again to help you generate marketing emails to keep driving velocity in your overall workflow. Move faster, with more meaningful data, and have fun with it while you’re at it!
Customer Journey: Eliminating Paper-based Inspection Processes using the Power Platform
In many industries, paper-based inspection processes can be time-consuming, inefficient, and prone to errors. This session will explore a customer journey where we use the Power Platform to automate and digitize an inspection process, reducing manual efforts and minimizing the risk of errors.
We'll take a look at how organizations can quickly build custom inspection apps that capture data in real-time and integrate it with their existing systems and data sources, such as SharePoint.
Additionally, I'll show how you can turn Power BI, traditionally a space of data consumption, into a place of action by building a Power App directly in a Power BI report.
Whether you are in construction, manufacturing, or any other industry, this session will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to eliminate your paper-based inspection process and achieve a more efficient and streamlined inspection process using the Power Platform.

Modularity as a Service - Future Proofing your Organization using the Power Platform
The ultimate dream of any organization is to leverage bespoke software solutions that are purpose built to solve specific challenges. In the past, these modular services could be built out piece-meal and added as reusable components but often required additional funding and lengthy development cycles to add to existing solutions. In this session, attendees will learn how to future-proof their organization using the Power Platform by leveraging the inherent built-in modularity of the platform itself to buy once and build forever.
The Power Platform is a collection of low-code tools that empowers users to create custom applications, automate workflows, and analyze data. By leveraging this platform, organizations can expand their software footprint without making a significant investment in infrastructure or development resources.
This session will cover how modularity can be achieved through the Power Platform and its associated services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI along with low code AI services like AI Builder. Attendees will learn how to create reusable components that can be easily shared and integrated into different applications, allowing organizations to rapidly adapt to changing business requirements. We will also discuss how the Power Platform can integrate with existing systems and technologies, making it a flexible and cost-effective solution for organizations of all sizes.

Leveraging Low Code to Respond to Federal Regulations with Agility
There are new federal regulations and executive orders all the time and it can be hard for an agency to keep their IT infrastructure in compliance.
In our session we will discuss how the Microsoft Power Platform can better position agencies to be nimble and respond quickly to the ever-changing landscape.
We'll show responding to a rapidly changing regulation landscape using multiple personas, both IT and Business decision makers, and speak to the key points of interest that drive both. We'll show how these personas can leverage the Power Platform to both meet the changing regulations and show measured progress along the way.
We'll include demos of various Power Platform products to highlight the progress of the agency and demonstrate increased velocity by leveraging low-code tools.
