I’ve been living and breathing IT since 1999 — started with an apprenticeship as an IT specialist, never left. Since 2010 I’ve been connecting Microsoft UC solutions with telephony, and since 2021 Power Platform has become my second home.
As a neurodivergent person I know from my own experience how important it is to have tools that truly fit you — not the other way around. That’s what drives me: listening, understanding, and finding solutions that work for both people and processes.
On my blog The Raccoon Way I write about Power Platform, Azure integrations, and the journey from No-Code to No-Limits — for everyone who wants more than just drag-and-drop.
Ich bewege mich seit 1999 in der IT — angefangen mit einer Ausbildung zur Informatikerin, seitdem nie wieder rausgekommen. Seit 2010 verbinde ich Microsoft UC-Lösungen mit Telefonie, seit 2021 ist Power Platform mein zweites Zuhause.
Als neurodivergente Person weiß ich aus eigener Erfahrung, wie wichtig Werkzeuge sind, die wirklich zu einem passen — und nicht umgekehrt. Genau das treibt mich an: zuhören, verstehen, und Lösungen finden, die zu Menschen und Prozessen passen.
