Danielle Dafni is the founder and CEO of Speechbox, conference media infrastructure that turns live sessions into social-ready assets, a personal kit for every speaker, and a permanent showroom. Speechbox has processed more than 20,000 minutes of video, with speakers from OpenAI, Google, NVIDIA and Meta.
Danielle is also the author of Video to Value, a founder thesis she is writing in public at danielledafni.com. Her argument: video is not the final product but the raw material, and every video an organization makes is an asset it can price, grow and trade, not a cost written off the day it is published.
She speaks about what happens to a conference after the applause: why organizations have never produced so much content and never used so little of it, how AI can find the moments worth keeping while every quote stays in the speaker's own words, and how organizers can turn one event into a year-round media engine.
She has spoken at Google for Startups, NVIDIA, Reichman University, Tel Aviv University, 8200 EISP and the Tel Aviv AI Summit.

Your Video Is a Stock: Stop Writing Off Your Best Content
Organizations have never produced so much content, and never used so little of it. A conference is filmed with five cameras, and the next day it disappears into a cloud folder. Not because anyone gave up on it, but because there is no language for what it really is.
This talk offers that language. Video is not the final product; it is the raw material. And it behaves like a stock: its value moves with what the owner does, it can pay dividends without being sold, it belongs in a portfolio, and it demands management.
Attendees will leave with:
- A way to see their video library as a portfolio, with long-term holdings and news-driven picks
- The five layers that turn raw video into value: data, insights, assets, knowledge and action
- The role most organizations are missing: an owner accountable for the return on content already produced
Target audience: marketing and content leaders, conference organizers, executives responsible for brand and communications.
Formats: 20-minute keynote or 40-minute session.
Language: English or Hebrew.
Based on the Video to Value thesis, published in ten chapters at danielledafni.com.
After the Applause: Turning One Conference into a Year-Round Media Engine
A conference happens once. Its content can keep working all year, but at most events the sessions are filmed, uploaded and forgotten.
This session walks event organizers and marketers through what changes when every session is treated as raw material from the moment it starts: social-ready clips while the event is still live, a personal kit for every speaker, and a permanent showroom that keeps the content working after the venue empties.
With real numbers from conferences we have worked with, including The Atlas Award (542 social-ready assets, 10 speaker kits) and Keshev (950 social-ready assets from 22 sessions), attendees will learn:
- Which moments are worth capturing, and how to get them without changing anything for the film crew
- Why speakers may be the most underused distribution channel at any event
- How to plan content before, during and long after the event
Target audience: conference organizers, event marketers, sponsorship and partnership teams.
Formats: 40-minute session or workshop; can be shortened to a 20-minute talk.
Language: English or Hebrew.
AI Finds the Moment, Not the Words: Scaling Content Without Losing the Speaker's Voice
Generative AI can turn an hour on stage into dozens of posts in minutes. It can also put words in a speaker's mouth.
In an internal test, we let AI rewrite speakers' best lines. Half of the rewrites (3 of 6) added claims the speaker never made. So we drew a line: AI finds the moment, every quote stays in the speaker's own words, and our team reviews what goes out.
This session is for marketing, communications and event teams adopting AI for content. It covers:
- Where AI adds real speed, and where it quietly adds risk
- Simple rules that keep quotes accurate and speakers willing to share
- How to build a review step that does not become a bottleneck
Target audience: marketing, communications and event teams using or evaluating AI for content.
Formats: 20-minute talk, 40-minute session, or a panel contribution on AI and trust.
Language: English or Hebrew.
