Dax Pandhi is the creator of Gaea, the industry’s leading terrain design platform, used by major film and game studios, as well as scientific institutions like NASA, to craft hyper-realistic landscapes for AAA games, VFX, virtual production, and scientific research.
As the co-founder of QuadSpinner and its Chief Software Architect, Dax has led his team in pioneering geological simulation, erosion modeling, and terrain generation, redefining how digital worlds are built.
Previously, he worked as an environment artist on projects such as Call of Duty: Ghosts, Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome, and an unreleased God of War title. He is a former Microsoft MVP for WPF.
