Erhan Koseoglu, who has a diverse experience in Enterprise Agile Transformation in telecommunication, FMCG, white goods and automotive industries in different contexts. He is transformation executive working more than 20 years to enable enterprise agile transformation in local, regional and global transformation programs.
He led Turkell and Vodafone's agile transformation, PepsiCo Europe IT transformation programs, Bosch Siemens Home Appliances' global agile transformation program in Munich, Germany so far. Today he is leading the enterprise agile transformation agenda of Ford Otosan.
He is an Electronics and Communications Engineer and has a master degree in the field of Engineering Management. He is a Co-Active coach, and also has been experienced on business agility coaching, design thinking coaching, mentoring and leadership coaching for the last 15 years. He is an active contributor of Harvard Business Review Turkey blog and marathon runner.
