My name is Florian Lutz, I’m an M365 and Copilot Pathfinder, speaker and enablement specialist from Vienna.
I’ve been working with Microsoft technologies for over a decade: SharePoint since 2007, Microsoft 365 since 2014.
I help people and organisations find their way through the M365 and Copilot landscape.
My focus is on making complex topics such as SharePoint, Teams, Copilot and other M365 services accessible in a way that is easy to understand, practical and delivers clear benefits for day-to-day work.
As a speaker, I combine technical depth with practical application: no buzzwords, just real-world use cases, honest insights and ideas that can be put into practice straight away. I don’t just show what’s possible, but how to get there in a meaningful way.
My goal: to empower people to use technology confidently, rather than being driven by it.

Seit über einem Jahrzehnt arbeite ich mit Microsoft‑Technologien: SharePoint seit 2007, Microsoft 365 seit 2014.
Ich unterstütze Menschen und Organisationen dabei, sich im M365‑ und Copilot‑Dschungel sicher zu orientieren.
Mein Fokus liegt darauf, komplexe Themen wie SharePoint, Teams, Copilot und weitere M365‑Services verständlich, praxisnah und mit klarem Mehrwert für den Arbeitsalltag zugänglich zu machen.
Als Speaker verbinde ich technische Tiefe mit konkreter Umsetzung: keine Buzzwords, sondern echte Use Cases, ehrliche Learnings und Impulse, die sofort angewendet werden können. Ich zeige nicht nur, was möglich ist, sondern wie man sinnvoll dorthin kommt.
