She was only eight years old when she developed a chronic and persistent stomach pain that after months of hospital tests, the physical cause could not be determined when finally she was referred to a child psychologist and they found out that her stomach pain was a result of anxiety.

This wonderful psychologist introduced her to mindfulness and relaxation tools and techniques which not only helped eliminate her anxiety and stomach pain but ignited her passion and curiosity to refine, improve and share these techniques with others which have been her lifelong passion and continue to this day.
