Measuring Team’s Agile Maturity Level

The complex environment in which I worked two years ago prompted me to consider a simple and effective method for identifying opportunities to increase the agile coaching team's influence, leadership engagement, define OKRs, coach agreements, and develop an agile strategy for teams or groups at various organizational levels.

Then I created the Maturity Matrix with the goal of evaluating more than 60 teams, classifying them from Chaos to Self-Organised. Therefore, have a clear vision that will allow the leadership and coaches to define the best Agile strategy in the organization.

The Maturity Matrix is also useful to highlight patterns for the leaders of the organization. In the case of a team with declining maturity, we will be able to justify the reasons and organize ourselves to fill gaps. You can use the outcome to define your OKRs, coaching agreement, and Agile strategy to coach any specific team or group at different organizational levels.

From Chaos to Self – Organized – Measuring Team’s Agile Maturity Level.

The complex environment I'm working in made me think about a simple and effective way to identify opportunities to grow the agile coaches team's influence, the leadership engagement, define OKRs, coaching agreement and Agile Strategy for teams or groups at different organizational levels.

Then I created the Maturity Matrix with the goal of evaluating more than 60 teams, classifying them from Chaos to Self-Organised. Therefore have a clear vision that will allow the leadership and coaches to define the best Agile Strategy in the organization.

The Maturity Matrix is also useful to highlight patterns to the leaders of the organization.

Also, in the case of a team within a decreasing level of maturity, we will be able to justify the reasons and organize ourselves to cover gaps. The analysis should happen at least every half year.
