After more than three decades of working in the Microsoft ecosystem with Dynamics partners, I've identified many challenges partners face.

These challenges have shaped my mission: to enhance Biz App Partners relationships and profitability with Microsoft. I put that quest into practice as the Executive Vice President at Ciellos, a 'partner for partners' company.

My career journey through PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sage, Solomon, Great Plains Software, Microsoft, eXtreme365 and back to Microsoft has honed my ability to connect the dots between people and businesses.
