I went from writing my first lines of code to co-founding INTELLI-T, and somewhere along the way, I discovered that the hardest bugs to fix aren't in your codebase. They're in how developers think about their craft and their career. I help developers grow beyond the keyboard: navigating interviews, stepping into leadership, and building the career they actually want. At INTELLI-T, we bring that same mindset to .NET projects, turning great developers into trusted partners for our clients.

Cooking under pressure: why great developers fail tech interviews

Tech interviews are like being asked to cook a three-course meal in someone else’s kitchen while they watch, interrupt, and occasionally question your choice of salt.

You may be a great developer, but interviews often turn experienced professionals into nervous narrators of their own thinking. In this talk, we’ll explore why solid software engineers still fail interviews, how interviewers decode your answers, and where candidates unknowingly drop the pan on the floor.

We’ll replace guesswork with clear signals, show how to talk about your experience without overcooking it, and help you leave interviews sounding confident, credible, and ready to be trusted with the keys to the kitchen.

I’ve been the candidate getting rejected and getting hired. I’ve been the interviewer making the call, and later the coach and business owner helping others through the same process. This talk comes straight from those experiences: the awkward moments, the wrong turns, and the small changes that made a real difference.

I just wanted to write code: becoming a leader in a tech team

At some point in your career, you don’t apply for leadership. It just shows up. People start looking at you in meetings, asking for your opinion, and expecting you to 'handle things', even though your title still says developer.

This talk is about that quiet shift. Not about becoming a manager but about what changes when your technical role starts carrying social weight. We’ll explore why instincts that worked as a developer suddenly stop working, how influence forms in tech teams without formal authority, and why leadership often feels uncomfortable long before it feels intentional.

No management theory, no buzzwords and no promise that you’ll stop writing code. Just real situations, awkward moments and practical insight into what’s actually happening when you find yourself leading... whether you planned to or not.

I’ve spent years leading and coaching developers in a tech team. I’ve seen how often strong engineers struggle when their role starts to change and how small shifts in approach can unlock trust, clarity, and momentum. This talk is built from those real situations.

Fast Code, Slow Growth? Developers in the Age of AI

AI has made developers faster than ever. Tasks that once took hours now take minutes. But this raises an uncomfortable question: are we actually getting better?

In this session, we explore how AI is changing the way developers learn, think, and grow. Why do some developers improve faster than ever, while others plateau? Why are junior developers both empowered and at risk?

From a mentor’s perspective, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of how AI shapes your growth as a developer and what it takes to stay sharp in a world where speed is no longer the differentiator.

From coder to coach to business owner, I’ve seen what it takes to grow at every stage of a developer’s career. As AI reshapes our industry, that growth is becoming both harder and more important than ever. I help developers build the skills and mindset needed to stay sharp and use AI to their advantage.
