Jennifer Sveigdalen from Crayon taught us about the value of not knowing all the answers. What happens if our teams are all the same? Jennifer talked about curiosity and how the one on the team who is inexperienced in the subject, but curious, can be a great contributor to development because those who don't know, they ask, and those who ask, they make people reflect. It got us all thinking about our own teams, and is another contribution to the value of diversity.
