I've spent 18+ years making digital products work better for the people who actually use them, and for the businesses that build them.
At K Consulting, I work with teams across industries on the full range of UX: strategy, qualitative research, information architecture, and experience design. I'm brought in when teams need to move from assumptions to evidence, and from design decisions to outcomes they can measure. I also regularly deliver UX, Usability and CX training sessions for professional teams, helping them build practical skills and apply user-centered thinking in their everyday work.
More recently, I have developed a strong interest in the impact of AI on the UX field, exploring how AI is changing how we design, what we design, and who we design for.
Before going independent, I founded UXlab at Atcom in 2012 - one of Greece's first dedicated UX units inside a digital agency. At the time, UX was still fighting for a seat at the table, and we helped change that.
My background spans across performance marketing, ecommerce, and digital strategy, co-founding Linkwise (still Greece's largest performance marketing network), running an ecommerce venture called Days4u from 2007, and serving as Head of Digital Strategy at Atcom.
My past experience shapes how I approach UX: not as an isolated discipline, but something with real consequences for the bottom line.

AI as a UX Research Assistant: What helps, what hurts & what still needs you
AI tools are rapidly entering the UX research workflow, but not all research activities benefit equally, and some are actively at risk. This talk examines how AI can support different stages of the UX research process, from planning and recruitment to analysis and insight communication.
Participants will learn where AI adds real value, where it introduces bias or false confidence, and what must remain human-led. The focus is not on tools or prompt libraries, but on judgment, rigor, and quality control. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to integrate AI into research work responsibly.
Rethinking UX Principles in the Age of AI
AI is changing more than the products that use it. As users become accustomed to expressing intent, delegating tasks, iterating conversationally, and expecting systems to interpret what they mean, those behaviours begin to influence what they expect from every digital experience.
This talk explores how these changing expectations challenge some of the UX principles and interface patterns we have relied on for years. Which still hold, which change meaning, and which are being broken by today’s AI patterns? Through real examples, from search boxes and filters to error pages and checkout, we’ll look at how to show users what a system understood, give them the right kind of control, put key information first, and help people who are out of practice recover when things go wrong.
The Bias Blind Spot: How AI Nudges Our Thinking at Work
Marketers, CX, product and UX professionals are increasingly familiar with behavioural science. We understand shortcuts, biases, framing effects and defaults, and often use them intentionally to influence consumer behaviour.
But what happens when we become the ones being influenced?
This talk explores the “bias blind spot” in AI-assisted work: the tendency to treat AI as objective, neutral intelligence while underestimating how easily it can reinforce our own assumptions. From confirmation bias and anchoring to framing effects, availability bias and overconfidence, AI can make biased work feel more credible because the outputs are fast, polished and authoritative.
In this session we discover how familiar cognitive biases appear in everyday AI use, and what we can do to challenge them. Participants will leave with practical tactics such as counter-prompting, reframing, alternative hypotheses, assumption checks and deliberate disagreement.
