Content lifecycle: How to increase content creation and consistency across channels

The content lifecycle involves managing content from creation to distribution, measurement, and beyond. Decoupling content from channels is pivotal for agility and scalability. We’re going to explore business and technical best practices and delve into strategies to untangle content from channels, facilitating its reuse across various platforms. By decoupling, creators can scale content creation efficiently while ensuring seamless distribution across diverse channels, creating experiences that wow audiences.

Women in Sitecore Roundtable

We are living in a digital revolution, technology is key to our future. Female employment is at a record high, but the percentage of women working in the tech sector still remains low. How is Sitecore doing here? The lack of diversity will also impact the types of products we develop and deploy in the world, and it will have high impact on the accessibility of these products by certain groups of people. It will also have a big impact in other important social aspects (e.g. bias algorithms that affects people's lives in justice, health, education etc.). There are many examples of great achievements by women in the tech sector, and Sitecore. It is important to enable more women to access these opportunities and for that to still continue talking about this big topics. What is Sitecore position on this huge topic?

Diversity in Tech

The word "diversity" is all around, but what does it actually mean? And why do we still need to talk about diversity in 2022? Let's discuss and talk about issues and possible solutions to support and increase diversity in tech. Some topics will be: A typical IT person is often depicted as a nerdy white guy, how can that be changed? Minorities often feel intimidated to enter the tech world. How can we show them that programming is fun and not rocket science? A lot of parents (mostly women) work in part time, this often prevents them getting promoted to management positions. Could "shared leadership" be a solution? What can we all do to support integration and make minorities feel welcome? How diverse is the Sitecore community? These questions are discussed in an intriguing discussion with a diverse round of persons as well as gain insights into their personal career paths and obstacles they had to overcome.
