With a developer background, working with .NET and C#, I got my first consultancy job developing for SharePoint 2010 and Microsoft Project. With experience in several projects worldwide, all kind of organisation sizes and industries, I have focused my expertise deploying Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform solutions. I am leading multiple CoE implementation for Power Platform, adoption models for Low code in multi-size orgs, and designing a long list of Power Platform solutions combining Azure assets and 3rd party integrations.
My motivation is to keep sharing my knowledge, the outcome of my daily projects and experiences with those who might find it useful, helpful and even interesting.

In this session I will show you how to extend the base Copilots from a strategic point of view unifying the experience of an entire company using a real case. I will show how the real jouney was to align the copilots and existing agents to the organisation processes and the challenges we faced.
I will try to show from the operational side but also from the technology capabilities, how we extended it and aligned it.
There were situations where we had to take decisions based on the business requirements and how we addressed them based on the platform and product maturity and readiness.

Power Platform Secure-by-Design
Enterprise low-code is expanding faster than IT can secure it. In this session, I introduce a complete defensive framework for Power Platform: secure plugin context handling, connector hardening, ALM & pipelines security, Zero Trust-aligned DLP, safe Copilot patterns, identity boundary design, and role separation for environments at scale. We'll explore real attack techniques such as connector hijacking, prompt-based escalation, agent impersonation, and shadow IT automation.
During the talk I will include a practical guidance for monitoring with Defender for Cloud Apps, Sentinel, and Purview.

Power Platform exposed: bots públicos, flows abusables e identidades que nadie gobierna
¿Qué puede encontrar un atacante en tu Power Platform antes de que tú lo veas?
En esta sesión realizaremos una ofensiva red team técnico sobre un tenant usando herramientas reales como PowerPwn, Copilot Studio Hunter y PowerDump. Enumeraremos bots de Copilot Studio expuestos sin autenticación, analizaremos configuraciones débiles, flows con agujeros de seguridad, conexiones y conectores, y veremos cómo convertir esos resultados en acciones para equipos de seguridad, plataforma y negocio.
La sesión no irá de buenas prácticas ni de teoría: irá de pruebas concretas, resultados visibles e impacto real. Veremos cómo una mala configuración puede exponer información, cómo los conectores y flows pueden convertirse en rutas de abuso y qué señales no siempre aparecen en los reportes habituales.
Terminaremos con la siguiente frontera: Microsoft Agent 365 y Entra Agent ID. Cuando los agentes empiezan a operar sobre procesos de negocio: las actividades de pentesting de Power Platform deben ampliarse hacia identidades no humanas, permisos efectivos, agentes no registrados, trazabilidad y cadenas de confianza entre agente, dato, conector y acción.
RAG Under Attack: How to Secure Retrieval-Augmented Generation
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is becoming the backbone of enterprise AI and yet it also creates one of today’s most exploited attack surfaces. Beyond jailbreaks, attackers now poison documents, corrupt embeddings, hijack retrieval, and manipulate prompt context to silently steer outputs. This session reveals the full, threat model behind RAG attacks, from ingestion poisoning and vector drift to cross-document injections, Unicode traps, semantic misdirection, and multi-agent identity creep.
I will show you how to secure Azure AI Search ingestion, Fabric governance, Entra ID identity boundaries, Defender for Cloud Apps telemetry, Sentinel anomaly detection, and Copilot Studio isolation patterns.
Using a live-style breakdown, I will contrast how a compromised RAG behaves under attack (and how the same pipeline becomes resilient when properly secured). You'll leave knowing how to design RAG systems that not only work, but survive real adversaries.
