Marshall originally joined Agile Rising in 2019 as a senior consultant and enterprise agility coach. He has over twenty- five years of business experience in software development, information technology, product management, and Government and private sectors. He has spent the past twelve years focused on leading digital and organizational transformations. Throughout his career, he has performed in both technical and leadership roles as a consultant, coach, teacher, and instructor. He has executed with a growth mindset in positions as executive, manager, software developer, chief architect, scrum master, product manager, program manager, and business owner in small businesses to large enterprises responsible for the growth of and fostering of environments where high-performing teams flourish as innovators.
As a senior information technology executive and professional, Agile coach and servant leader change agent, Marshall is passionate about driving positive, results-oriented digital and organizational transformations towards the Lean- Agile end game of comprehensive, organic business and organizational agility, learning culture, and innovation.
