Meredith Martini is the owner and creative force behind PlayWorks Group. With over 30 years planning, designing and facilitating, her passion for designing unique learning environments only continues to grow.
She began her career as a researcher and consultant at Deloitte and Touche and later began developing her skills at creating and executing programs and events at a wide variety of different organizations and facilities. She received her master’s degree from the College of Education at Georgia State University, focusing on group and play dynamics.
In 2002, Meredith launched PlayWorks Group, a niche planning firm, focusing on organizations’ interactive meeting design and team event needs.
Meredith is a graduate of the Disney Institute of Leadership Excellence and is a long standing member of Meeting Professionals International Georgia Chapter, serving eight years on the Board of Directors, including a term as President. She’s received both the Lifetime Achievement and President’s Awards from the organization.
Meredith has spoken at international conferences, corporate retreats, and industry workshops. Her audiences range from Fortune 500 companies to non-profit organizations, consistently praising her interactive style and ready to implement strategies. She has been a panelist, speaker and facilitator for a variety of organizations including Chick-fil-A, Philips Healthcare, Home Depot, Deloitte, New York City Schools, Mechanical Contracting Association, Novo Nordisk, Fulton County Schools, Dow-Dupont, Medical Association of Georgia, Technology Association of Georgia, Meeting Professionals International, Cvent and many others.
Meredith has been married for 21 years, has two daughters and a rescue dog. She is a avid volunteer and loves to garden.
