Technology as the center of experience

I have worked directly with organizations that launched diversity and inclusion initiatives with good intentions. Most of them failed — not because the vision was wrong, but because they treated change as a high-level methodology problem or a one-off training exercise. In reality, the organization experienced it as a power problem.
When push came to shove, the existing systems, habits, and unspoken rules protected the status quo. The initiatives sounded good in meetings and reports, but they lacked the day-to-day practices and practical tools needed to make inclusivity real and sustainable in everyday work.
I saw this pattern repeatedly:
• Rooms full of people nodding in agreement that something needed to change.
• Beautiful slides and commitments to "diversity."
• Then, back on the work floor, the same old dynamics: neurodivergent colleagues (and others who think or communicate differently) still having to decode neurotypical expectations, prove their worth twice as hard, and carry the extra load of adapting — while receiving little reciprocal effort in communication or accommodation.
The gap wasn't in awareness or policy. It was in the absence of concrete, operational tools that translate principles like inclusion into daily behaviors, decision-making, hiring, team collaboration, and performance conversations.
That's why, after years of advocating from the inside and hitting the same walls, I built HarmonySphere — not as another framework, but as a practical platform that connects neurodivergent talent with organizations through transparent matching, visible accommodations, real feedback loops, and resources that actually support day-to-day implementation.
Leading change from inside the system requires more than commitment or strategy. It demands the courage to admit that good intentions and high-level initiatives are not enough. It requires building (or adopting) the missing daily practices and tools that make different ways of thinking, working, and communicating actually work — without forcing everyone to conform to the dominant mold.

A quiet mind - finding freedom to be YOU

During this immersive session at Guidance, we delved into a transformative perspective on releasing inner resistance and uncovering true inner freedom. We also explored an approach centered on cultivating a quiet mind, guiding participants through self-inquiry techniques and mindfulness practices that fostered deep stillness. Through guided meditations and open dialogues, we discovered practical ways to gently let go of mental clutter and reconnect with our authentic selves.

The training proved highly successful: participants reported a noticeable improvement in their overall well-being immediately after the session and again at their two-month check-in. This experience offered everyone an opportunity to embrace calm, clarity, and a profound sense of peace in everyday life.

The Inclusivity Revolution: Unlocking the power of different minds

This session delves into the growing importance of neurodiversity in the modern workforce. Participants will be introduced to HarmonySphere, a groundbreaking platform designed to connect neurodivergent individuals with forward-thinking organizations. By exploring real-world challenges and solutions, this session will provide actionable insights on how companies can build more inclusive environments that empower all employees to thrive.

Learn how inclusivity can become a competitive advantage, gain insights into building a supportive environment, and discover why neurodiversity is the secret ingredient to thriving in today's dynamic business landscape. Attendees will leave with practical strategies for fostering innovation and inclusivity, transforming their organizations into leaders in diversity-driven success.

The Inclusivity Revolution: Unlocking the power of different minds

In this presentation, I explore why inclusivity can no longer remain an abstract goal—it’s a practical need for organizations that want to thrive. Over the past year and a half, I’ve developed HarmonySphere, a prototype that bridges the gap between neurodivergent individuals and workplaces. It’s more than a job platform—it’s a space for recognition, support, and practical inclusion.

So far, HarmonySphere has helped place 10 neurodivergent professionals in roles where their talents finally fit. From an engineer leading backend architecture after years of failed interviews, to a creative thinker revitalizing a museum’s content team—each story shows what happens when different forms of normal is seen as potential instead of a problem.

During this session, I coined the term “Holistically Normal”—a redefinition of what normal means. Which requires the understanding that normal isn’t a single line we all have to walk, but a living ecosystem of different minds and rhythms that coexist. Inclusivity, in its truest form, is about weaving all those versions of normal together into something that works for everyone. Both in the work environment and in our daily life.

Mental Health: Alternative Therapies for Emotional Healing

As a expert panellist at the upcoming LOSD Skills Live Show & Excellence Awards at the University of Oxford on 2nd May 2026, I will be contributing to an important discussion on alternative pathways to emotional healing.

I’ve observed that conventional “one-size-fits-all” models often fall short, particularly for those who see through the limitations of standardised systems. The central question I want to explore is: How do we truly support someone who perceives the deeper flaws in the current model?
I will challenge the common assumption that deep emotional healing must always be a long, arduous, and laborious process. At the same time, I will strongly emphasise the value of highly individualised practices while highlighting the often-overlooked yet critical role of systemic and environmental support — the relational, cultural, and structural contexts that can either accelerate or obstruct genuine healing.
A key insight I will bring to the discussion is that we do not experience life directly. Instead, we experience it through the filter of our accumulated thoughts, emotions, past events, conditioning, and personal data. This is similar to an observer effect in consciousness: our perception of reality is shaped by our own inner narrative and gathered experiences.
When we learn to consciously let go of these inner blockages and mental patterns, we create space for greater emotional freedom, clarity, and presence. As a result, we become emotionally healthier, happier, and more successful by our own authentic standards.

This panel discussion will be held at the said business school of Oxford University, as part of the skills live conference.

The Renaissance Leader's Toolkit: Navigating the Unknown through Curious Intersections

I used to think I colored outside the lines. Turns out I was integrating the full picture.

In this session I will showcase how incoperating the four quoitients can be lenses for interdisciplinary curiosity. Renaissance Leader are jack-of-all-trades, but also those that have integrated different intelligences to create this curiosity.

We'll dismantle the "solution-locked" mindset and explore innovation through "quotient-hopping". Bridging personal alignment with pragmatic leadership. We'll explore how inner integration across all quotients creates the capacity for interdisciplinary innovation. Through the lenses of curiosity, reframing, and facilitation, you'll learn to sense and respond to complexity through curiosity rather than control it.

25 minutes for multipassionates, creative entrepreneurs, people with leadership positions and those interested in incorperating curiosity and other forms of intellgence to make the complexity of life be led by curiosity.

WITness Succes 2025

This course teaches you how to redefine success on your own terms by aligning your life and career with your personal values, purpose, and passions. Through storytelling, vision crafting, and interactive exercises, you'll gain clarity, confidence, and actionable strategies to create a life that truly feeds your soul.

What if everything you thought you knew about success is wrong?

Because many people chase success based on a checklist: the next promotion, a higher salary, an impressive achievement. But what if success isn’t about ticking boxes, but about creating a life and career that truly align with who you are?

Often times, self-development is seen as "extra" or "more", more skills, more achievements, extra knowledge etc. But what if all those additions are mostly just noise? What if, by collecting more and more, you actually drift further away from yourself? Maybe it’s time to try the opposite: stripping back to the essence. (And no, you don’t have to literally take off your clothes!)

This workshop invites you to let go of everything unnecessary. To slow down, to pause and reflect on what truly feels right for you, and to give yourself the space to feel what truly matters in your life.

You don’t need to add anything, improve anything, or prove anything. You are good enough to simply be who you are!

In this workshop I will help you (re-)discover:
✔ Your core values and how to align them with your work and life.
✔ A sense of clarity and direction about what truly fits you.
✔ Practical steps to move forward, even when things feel uncertain.

There is no step-by-step plan for success, no checklists to tick off, no promises of a spectacular new life. What you will find is space. Space to breathe, to feel, to discover and to be you.

A space to return to yourself.

So in the end, only one question remains:

Do you dare to become less?
