Before 2020, anytime we mentioned that our team was remote, the response was typical of surprise and derision. "Oh, you can't afford an office"? "But, how do you make sure they're working?"

At this talk, you will find out how our team has done this successfully while retaining, gaining and retraining a dedicated and loyal workforce.

Work Environments Built for Human

Neurodiversity is the recognition and respect of the wide range of human neurological differences. It includes but is not limited to people with ADHD, Executive Dysfunction Disorder, and PTSD. Neurodivergent individuals often face challenges in traditional work environments that are not designed to accommodate their needs.
