Copilot Value: Defining it, Measuring it, Achieving it
Everyone wants to answer the questions: How can Copilot add value to my org? How do I prove the ROI of Copilot? To answer these questions, we need to look first at your business objectives, the areas you want to deploy Copilot to (who will be your users), and the data you have or are willing to get. Many organizations want to demonstrate ROI at an individual level without a clear line of sight to what good looks like for that role - with or without Copilot - or KPI data to track. In this session, we will explore different ways to define "value" of Copilot (financial,
experiential, and otherwise), various approaches to measuring value from surveys to A/B testing, and how to make sure we are achieving value through true, sustainable adoption.
Copilot as your digital delegate
In this session, we will do two things: 1) Discuss how to think about Copilot yourself and how, as a product owner, change leader, or Copilot champion to position Copilot with others. And 2) Look at demo's of easy and compelling Copilot use cases across applications including bizchat. In discussing positioning, we'll focus on thinking about Copilot as your digital delegate - a colleague to whom you can assign work. But it only works if you remember to use it! So how can you start to form habits to use Copilot in your daily work?
Microsoft Copilot: From Experimentation to Habits for Daily Use
If you are looking for ways to use Copilot to boost both individual and organizational productivity, creativity, and collaboration across Microsoft 365 apps, you need to progress from experimenting with gen AI to changing daily behavior. This session will review three levels of maturity and the requirements at each to realize business value from the Copilot ecosystem,, beginning with a Copilot for M365 foundation.
How to Clear the Runway: Unblocking Copilot
We can talk about the value of Copilot until we’re blue in the face. We can tell you about how it will absolutely revolutionize how employees create content, collaborate with each other, talk to customers, and even the relationship they have with work (hint: it will improve). But none of that does anyone any good if we can't get past the challenges and blockers.
So let’s clear the runway. There are a few common blockers our clients are seeing repeatedly. And each of them has multiple potential solutions, depending on the concerns and comforts of the organization. Let’s take them one by one.
