Paulo Grossmann is the Quality Engineer of ExxonMobil Chemical IT. Before working as a QA Engineer in June 2019, Paulo is a QA analyst responsible on improving the quality assurance processes inside ExxonMobil Chemical, including testing support, end-to-end test automations, QA activities, and quality assurance processes optimization, for several applications (Web/APIs). Nowadays, He is leading two quality assurance teams and played a key role in the implementation of quality assurance culture for ExxonMobil Chemical IT Solutions, ensuring the quality of the deliverables in response to increasingly demanding projects.
Prior to joining ExxonMobil, Paulo was a Quality Assurance Analyst at Bematech and Nokia Siemens and was responsible for implementing test automations on Bematech's products portfolio. Paulo is graduated in Computer Science and has a specialization on Software Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná.
