Piper V. Moore is a change agent and HR Director; enabling clients to identify and improve performance behaviors. Professional development and behavior growth is a journey not a race, a process not a task and Piper is the transformational partner that travels the journey with each client to create sustainable change.
As a motivating Keynote Speaker, Certified Executive Coach, and the Managing CEO of PM Morning, she provides results-driven professional development services. Ms. Moore introduces business professionals to behavior building tools to conquer challenges confidently while building upon opportunities and strengthening relationships.
Piper is an advocate for philanthropy and has served as Director of Public Relations for the International Coach Federation, past board member for Life Skills High Schools, past president for Toastmasters International and has served on various committees. Additionally, she has achieved a 15-year tenure in public service.
Ms. Moore is a proud alumna of Miami University and Franklin University earning degrees in Business Management, Human Resources Management and Business Administration. She uses her personal experiences in performance growth, to conquer public speaking fears and developing effective behaviors to connect with clients and relate to their obstacles. Her passion to teach good leaders how to become great leaders has consistently elevated others to a higher level of performance and achievement of their identified goals.
Piper V. Moore is the author of New Beginnings, The Journal for Your Journey and the book Purpose In Your Pain, Using Personal Pain for Professional Gain. She enjoys traveling, sharing good times with great people, and building new relationships. In her downtime, she loves to listen to music, embraces outdoors activities and believes you can always find something positive even in the darkest moments.

The evolution of human resources (HR) has occurred over at least a decade. Our industry has transitioned from being the department within an organization that no one wanted to call to the perceived go to subject matter experts (SMEs) on everything and the preferred business partner. By focusing on the human component of HR first, with each interaction we have the opportunity to contribute to the development of leaders. Call HR! unveils the opportunities that HR practitioners have with every call, every presentation, and every interaction to contribute to the growth and development of internal customers; creating a stronger pool of leaders. We will discuss how to implement a millisecond pause to assess what the employee is asking, what information can be provided for clear and concise understanding while training employees on the best practices, processes and procedures through the chosen response.
