Vi è mai capitato che una feature richiedesse mesi e mesi di incubazione? E una volta messa in produzione non essere in grado di quantificarne l'impatto?

Che 8 feature su 10 siano spazzatura è ormai noto anche nei peggiori bar di Caracas.

Eppure molto spesso ci ostiniamo a creare feature con scope enormi, intricate, complicate, che inevitabilmente durano un'eternità, hanno bassa qualità e spesso falliscono nel fornire vero valore agli utenti. Le rilasciamo ed incuranti del feedback passiamo alla prossima.
