Happiness Is a Leadership Skill: The Human Advantage in the Age of AI
Al is changing what people do. Leaders still determine how people experience work. In uncertainty, happiness does not mean everything is okay. It means learning how to be happy in it, through it and together.
Because emotions are contagious, leaders must ask what they are spreading.
• Am I creating an energized workforce or one that is afraid of me?
• Am I rewarding performance or performance at any human cost?
• Am I tolerating a brilliant leader who makes everyone miserable?
• If I cannot control the behavior, can I really claim to control the culture?
This session turns those questions into practical action. Leaders will examine the emotional climate they create, practice how to shift it in real time and leave with immediately usable micro actions to strengthen connection, resilience, trust and performance.
