Fueling Your Happiness Journey With Empathy

Happiness Habits are a proactive mental well-being skillset that foster coping strategies for stress and support system development. By listening for peace, we cultivate a powerful happiness habit that ignites positive change in the world.

1. My acceptance of you is unconditional.
2. Helping is listening, so I won’t give advice.
3. I refrain from judging and see your perspective.
4. What I hear you say is ______________, tell me more!

Amplify Empathy and Listen to Hear to create a more connected world.
