Leading in the Age of AI: Embracing the Human Qualities that Technology Can’t Replace

This talk is ideal for business leaders, managers, and employees across industries who want to stay relevant, influential, and impactful as AI is increasingly implemented across our systems.

Objectives:

Identify the core human skills—creativity, emotional intelligence, and ethics—that generative AI cannot replace, and understand their critical role in leadership.

Develop strategies to adapt and thrive in a tech-driven environment by focusing on lifelong learning, adaptability, and human-centered leadership.

Apply leadership skills that foster innovation, empathy, and ethical decision-making to guide teams and organizations effectively in the age of AI.

My talks are motivational and interactional to help learners connect with the concepts through practical application. They can be given as a talk with some interaction briefly; or a workshop with group exercises. From 20 minutes to 3 hours, catered to the needs of your team.
