In an agile environment that promotes group work, collective ideation and frequent events, what do introverts bring? What can agility bring to them? Can they truly be a part of an agile team?

As we reflect on these questions, we will explore in more detail what an introvert is compared to an extrovert, as well as the view that we generally have of introversion, to finally think about it in the mindset of an agile team.
