The human side of AI transformation

Let's talk about what this is doing to the actual humans. You know, the people your company actually relies on.

Every company is sprinting into AI adoption right now. New tools every week. Workflows nobody asked for. The dashboards look fantastic and leadership is thrilled.

This talk isn't about models or tooling decisions. I don't care which wrapper you picked. This is about the thing everyone skips: what it actually feels like to go through a change this big, this fast. The doubt you'd never put in writing. The gap between "this is exciting" and "am I about to be irrelevant."

Here's what I've seen: rational, well-planned rollouts still faceplant. Not because the tech is wrong. Because nobody made space for the fact that humans are scared, and scared people don't adopt things, they sabotage them. Politely. With process.

I'll talk about where your team actually sits on the adoption curve (spoiler: not where your dashboard says). Why smart people resist smart tools. And why the orgs getting this right aren't the fastest movers. They're the ones who had the uncomfortable conversation first.

This is for leaders, engineers, and anyone who's felt that weird knot of excitement and dread at the same time.
