Customer-focused Digital Transformation Challenges

As the agile manifesto says, "At regular intervals, the team reflects on how to become more effective, then tunes and adjusts its behavior accordingly." After running, learning, experimenting in our Agile Transformation focused on Customers and People, it's time for "reflects".

We have several stories: the growth of the team of change agents/agilists (we reached 23); the Agility Chapter, Communities of Practice; the internal events; our internal State of Agility, the measurement of our Customers' Satisfaction.

In this session we will show you the first deliveries, and share our brief evolution plan of our Transformation of Culture.
We chose the fractal model to scale our case for an entire board to create a “transformation model” and then scale it to other areas of the Company, impacting the 2,100 employees.
