Power Automate and APIs execute approved actions reliably and provide a clear audit trail.

A practical employee-onboarding scenario compares two very different implementations. In the first, an agent identifies missing information, coordinates follow-up questions and recommends the next steps. In the second, the agent can create accounts and grant access. Both solutions might be described as an "onboarding agent," yet they require very different decision rights, controls and delivery models.

Attendees will learn four levels of delegated authority, ranging from assistance to limited autonomy. They will also receive a practical framework for assessing access to data, potential impact, reversibility and the need for human control.
