This session will cover Microsoft’s adoption framework as it applies to the introduction of Copilot for Microsoft 365, providing use cases and real-world examples to help you understand the scale of the impact of AI in supporting your day-to-day operations.
In terms of prerequisites and governance, it is important to complete the Copilot for Microsoft 365 optimization assessment to understand your current environment and content security controls, address any specific questions you may have about generative AI, and move forward with developing an implementation plan based on the assessment findings and initial scenario discovery.
In terms of successful user adoption, it is important to focus on content management, meeting required prerequisites, assigning licenses, and implementing Copilot for Microsoft 365. At this stage, if necessary, we provide recommendations on how to reduce the risk of oversharing by enabling limited SharePoint search.
