Business requirements are evolving constantly, and so are the demands for new projects. Building new systems and tools with GenAI and machine learning challenges us to think creatively again. The coding is cheaper than before. However, expectations are higher than usual, as every product manager can now build a startup. While delivering multiple POCs as a hands-on architect, I noticed that we are encountering new issues and forgetting about old ones. Being at the forefront of IT and cloud does not mean that we should ignore the basics. I aim to share my insights on modern-day projects, delivering value as a consultant to the business.
