In this session, we'll explore how to cultivate these soft skills to design better Power BI dashboards and deliver value to our clients and stakeholders.
In this session, we'll explore how empathy can be a powerful tool for driving better dashboard design. By putting ourselves in the shoes of our stakeholders and understanding their needs, concerns, and pain points, we can create more impactful and user-friendly dashboards that deliver insights and drive action. We'll also discuss how to cultivate creativity as a skill, and how to overcome common barriers to creativity such as self-doubt and fear of failure. Additionally, we'll explore how to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and how to ask critical questions to get the information needed to design effective dashboards. Through interactive exercises, attendees will leave with practical strategies for leveraging empathy and creativity to design better Power BI dashboards that deliver value to clients and stakeholders.
