This session is based on practical experience from many low code trainings (Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio), enablement programs, and hands‑on workshops carried out in large organizations with complex structures and thousands of employees. While industries and use cases differ, the same challenges appear again and again.

The session looks at citizen developer failure from both a technical and organizational perspective. It shows how low code tools influence early decisions around data, structure, automation, and ownership, and why these decisions often become painful later on.
