The session has the goal of presenting the experience of trying to launch a process of "cultural change" towards modern Agile technologies inside the CINECA consortium. The biggest challenge was to find a sustainable solution for an Enterprise that works in a public ecosystem.

The focal point of the process of agile transformation was the introduction of an internal figure named "Evangelist". This role, which is nothing but an adaptation of the Centers of Excellence (COES), was found to be fundamental for a sustainable propagation of agile practices, minimizing the possibility of rejection.

The structure of the presentation is based on 3 main points:
1) Presentation of the CINECA situation and the path towards agile practices
2) Definition and motivation of the creation of the Evangelist figure
3) Presentation of the concrete experience of more than a year of activity, with the successes achieved, difficulties encountered and lessons learned.
