They'll discuss how Black Student Affairs Professionals (#BLKSAP) grew to connect thousands, addressing challenges faced by Blacks in higher education. Attendees will learn how online communities offer support, mentorship, and development opportunities. The session will highlight strategies for building connections in virtual spaces and best practices for sustaining digital networks that foster inclusivity and career advancement.
