In this session, you’ll learn how to use GitHub’s open-source Spec Kit to move from idea to shipping code with fewer surprises. We’ll walk through a small feature from scratch: define behavior and constraints, generate an executable plan, create traceable tasks, and wire in acceptance checks so the build stays anchored to the spec. Along the way, we’ll cover the “constitution” concept, how to keep specs lightweight (not waterfall), and how to use SDD effectively on brownfield codebases.
