In this session, Isabelle Van Campenhoudt (Data Platform MVP) and Doctor Flow (Serge Luca - Business Application MVP) will propose a unified and pragmatic Power Platform governance and adoption plan that integrates Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and now AI.

Despite the differences between Power BI and the Power Platform app creation tools, the governance and adoption challenges are similar. Traditional centralized governance approaches do not meet the flexibility needs of self-service BI and citizen developers.

The presenters will explain the advantages of a single polymorphic approach, where specific actions can be tailored to each product. Isabelle will share insights from her eight years of experience with Power BI, while Doctor Flow will draw on his nine years of experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and, more recently, AI.

The session will include numerous real-world use cases to demonstrate how this governance model aligns with practical requirements.
