Champions, Super Users, and Accidental Experts: Who Really Drives Adoption?

Every organization has them. The curious clicker, the spreadsheet wizard, the person everyone messages with "quick question?" before IT even knows there is a problem. These are your champions... even if they were never officially named.

I have been building champion programs for years and I will tell you the honest truth... the hardest part is not finding these people. They are already out there doing the work. The hard part is supporting them without burning them out or turning them into an unpaid help desk.

In this interactive roundtable, we will talk honestly about who really drives adoption inside organizations and how to set them up for success. Together, we will explore how champions show up on their own, what it looks like to nurture them on purpose, and how to turn their efforts into something that scales across the whole organization without falling apart when one person goes on vacation.

Expect real stories, shared lessons, and plenty of "yes, that happened to us too" moments as we swap ideas on building a champion strategy that actually lasts.

You will walk away with:
- A clearer picture of who your real champions are and how to identify them even when they do not have the title
- Practical ways to support and recognize champions without adding to their workload
- Ideas for scaling champion impact beyond a single team or department
- Honest conversation about what works, what does not, and what to try next

Join me and your fellow attendees for a conversation that skips the theory and gets right to the good stuff. Bring your stories... we want to hear them!
