Who owns Copilot adoption at your organization? If the answer is "IT, I think?", this workshop is for you. Turning Copilot on takes an afternoon, but getting people to change how they work needs a plan.

We'll build that plan together with ADKAR as our guide. In Copilot Chat, you'll draft user stories, key messages, and a champions plan from sample files I provide. Then you'll turn it all into a rollout plan in Planner. We'll also tackle the questions your leaders ask about cost, risk, and who owns agents. This hands-on workshop is in person, so bring your laptop and build a plan your leaders will cheer for!

- A Planner rollout plan you can use on Monday
