How to debug and analyse Microsoft Teams failures

There are many reasons why a Microsoft Teams call can fail or why you have problems to join a meeting. Unfortunately, there is no handy tool like Snooper anymore to check failure and errors. There are several challenges when we need to troubleshoot a failed connection within Microsoft Teams.
In this session we will give you a brief overview about different options to troubleshoot Teams from client and platform perspective. We will go through the different options to analyze calls and meetings in the Microsoft Teams Admin Center. But also we will take a look on the Desktop and how to get some insights here.
